How to Remove a Nintendo eShop Account

Warning: Removing the Nintendo eShop account will also remove all Ambassador licenses tied to it and they will no longer be available for download.- Launch the Nintendo eShop from the Home screen.
- Scroll to the left and select Settings/ Other.
- Scroll down and select Delete Account.
- Select Delete and Enter Serial Number
- Enter the first 10 characters of the serial number using the on-screen keyboard. The first two letters must be capitalized
- Click OK to remove the eShop account.
