This is so messed up?!?!?!? Some guy said that you can do this:
 
 Yes there is a truck but it's on the right side, instead of going to see the captain you need to get any Pokemon with cut from a trade (a good one because you'll have to have it with you all the time) and use that to get inside vermillion gym. Then continue with the game until you get to celadon. You need to get a Nidoking to lvl 100 without using rare candies and speak to the rocket at the bottom of celadon. He will take it of you and give you keys which you can use to move the truck. This is NOT a Bogus. Hope I helped!

Why would you want to move it? There is a glitch in the game to get Mew, the real way, anyways, and it's not by moving the truck, I mean yes theres a truck there but there is nothing special, it's just like that box area out in vermilion city w/ the machop working on it, just decoration, nothing special is going to happen
