Question for Pokemon Red

I just beat Misty and recieved CUT. After the I went to the shrub towards the bottom abd I tried pushing all the buttons but nothing happened. Now I'm stuck in this village and I don't know what Im supose to do. Please some one HELP!!!!!!!

First you must teach cut to a Pokemon that can learn it, then go to "POKEMON" in the start menu, go down to the pokemon you taught it to, and it will give you the option "CUT". You then press A.

No it doesn't u do even get the option to use it cause she doesn'teven actaully give u cut.and if so where is it then. It's not in items.

When you beat misty she does not give you cut, she just makes it so that you can use it when you get it. To get out of Cerulean go up nugget bridge and defeat all the trainers, then head east along the path untill you discover a house, go in the house and there will be what looks like a Pokemon, talk to it and agree to help , when it goes into the machine go to the computer and press A. When he is done talking to you go back to Cerulean and above misty's gym there will be a house with a man next to it go in and go out the hole in the wall. After you beat the trainer go down to Vermilion and go to the dock to get on the boat, talk to the captin to recive cut!
