Simply go to any PC (Most are at Pokemon Centres) and access 'Bill's PC'. Bill's PC is the same as accessing the origional 'someone's PC' storage system.

In order to take Poke'mon off of Bill's PC, you must go to a PC and select Bill's PC. Next you must select "Withdraw" if you have less than 6 Poke'mon in your party. If you do have six Poke'mon in your party, you must first "Deposit" one of them in order to withdraw a different one.

Simply go to the PC at a PokeCenter, press A. Open Bill's PC, then it should give you options to withdraw or deposit Pokemon into the box.
