I missed out on flash. How do I get or get through rock tunnel without it?

I screwed up and went on without getting flash and now I can't go back for it. How do I get it or how do I get through the rock tunnel without it?

You can get flash by going to Vermillion City, going through Diglett's Tunnel, going around the house at the other end, using cut on the bush, going down to the building, and talking to Professor Oak's aid. Or, if you want to do it hardcore like me, you can just walk aimlessly through the Rock Tunnel. It's a pretty straight forward cave, and it works. I would suggest having an Escape Rope or having an Abra with teleport so you can make a quick escape if necessary.
