First go to floor 5 and go down. Then go down on the teleport switch, and hop back on after you get off. Beat the Rocket and move away from him. Then pick up the poke ball and you will have card key. Go to all blocked doors and press. They will open and just follow the teleport sswitches and eventually you'll get to the place where Giovanni is.
