Were do you get bulbasaur and squirtle if I have charmander or do you just all of 'em in yellow?

Just get them all in Yellow and Trade them from to your other version. This is the easiest way.

At the beginning of the game, call yourself (leave a space) ZZrr (the rest is your choice) the ZZ stands for a level153 BULBASAUR, and the rr stands for a level 177 SQUIRTLE.
If you need CHARMANDER, instead of puttin the BULBASAUR or SQUIRTLE codes in, just write qq for a level176 CHARMANDER. Or to get all three, call yourself (space) ZZrrqq.
PS: Capital letters and small letters aren't the same!

I think where to catch bulbasaur in viridian forest and squirtle in the outside of cerulean cave???Pokemonx3 answered:
You can get a squirtle if you already have charmander. I did the same thing and I leveled up my jolteon to a special stat of 177 I believe it was level 66... Not sure about the level anyway, I did the ditto glitch and then I got a squirtle. You can use the ditto glitch to fill the pokedex, but I am having trouble with bulbasaur.

You can get squirtle in seafoam island's caves. You may be able to get bulbasaur in the grass in front of victory road but I'm not sure. Just for people who want charmander you can get it from the Pokemon mansion.
