How do yuo get to the card key I can't get to it on the fifth floor. How do you get to the eleventh floor to the president

Try the 6th technique.

Notice that you've got two Rocket grunts in your way. How can you lure them out of the way?

Fight one or two if you like of the rocket grunts blocking the way. But make sure you make them walk upto you, not walk up to them.

I don't know how to get to the president,because when I did it it was a complete fluke! But I know how to get the card key.

Go to the 5th floor. Go straight down the skinny hallway to the portal and trainer.Fight the trainer and go on the portal. Then go on the portal you appeared on again. Then you will be back at the place you were at on the 5th floor. Go through the really skinny hallway at the bottom of the screen and you will see an item ball,and in side, it is the one, the only Card Key!

To get to the card key, all you do is step on the one teleporter and then on the other one again to get back on the first one.

To get to the president, go to the third floor in the elevator. go down until the spot whereon the one side is the man and on the other side are two room each with a teleporter in them.
That would be the left side of the screen

Go into the first room and then step on the teleporter IN THAT ROOM

You should then be in a room with a silph man and your rival.

You will walk in, your rival will talk, and then you will fight.

If you win, he leaves, and then talk to the silph guy.

He will give you a lapras.

If you need healing, go to the 8th floor.

Go down, open the door and go to the left.

Inside is someone, who will tell you to take a quick nap. When you wake up, your Pokemon are healed.

Then go back to the place on the third floor.

There go through that teleporter again,

Then you go through that next room where you fought you're rival

Go through the other teleporter in that room

And then walk down and fight the rocket.

Use the card key to open the door and fight GIOVANNI

After you win the president gives you the master ball

Then the rockets leave and you saved everyone!!!
