Yes, you can. At the beginning of the game when you get to choose your Pokemon, squirtle should be the middle pokemon. After you choose squirtle, you just have to level it up to 18 and then it will evolve into wartortle. Then it will evolve into blastoise at lvl 36. Glad I could help...... Good luck!!!! :-)

You can, but this cotains to cheat you do the same thing with getting missingno.
Do the same thing but go to seafoam island but you need to have are an t in your name r:Squirtle t:Wartortle...
