Pokemon Red Questions

Does anybody else experience this problem? You're playing a videogame (Pokemon Red, for example), with virtuous intentions (gonna catch every Pokemon, for example), and then you just stop caring about it? There's just no more interest to play? I hate that. Now, if you can give me hints or tips to keep myself interested, I would highly appreciate it.

I do that all the time! You can try using fun cheat codes or just foolin' around with the game. Start a file just to try stuff you've always wondered about that you wouldn't dare try on a good file. I'm sooooooooooo sick of my crystal 'cause it just got boring after a couple years worth of stuff, so now I use it only for cheat teams with my GS, which is constantly deleting my game, to majorly kick anyone's butt. I can get any monster with any move I want. It's really fun.

Games get boring. That's just how it goes. Not much you can do except fool around on the game. Blow off some time or work on your team a bit. There is always room for improvements.

Find someone who has beaten the game who you revere and imagine youself becoming as great as them. If there is nobody to revere, imagine the situation as a challenge from God to test your willpower against playing the game. I know, it sounds weird, but it works for me.

If you get bored of the game, that's the way you feel. We can't change that.

Dude, I think you should post that in the forums just not on here, I mean, hey even though this is a question part, I think it would be answered quicker on the forums.

Many people will tell you to start a new game, thats just a waste of time. Why start a new game and go through all the trouble of completing it? Instead use cheats on the game file you are already playing.

Or why not find something to cheat with on the internet? You can get a Gameshark or a Monster Brain to discover a new experience. It all depends on your interests, you can play the same game over and over and lose interest with each time you start a new game.

If it is game you no longer want experiment with it, modiffy it in some way, or use it as an explosive (just kidding), I personally just like to mess them up by using cheats and opening the cartridge to "look" farther into the game.

If you don't like the above mentioned just keep playing it and going places you haven't gone to jet.

Take Pokemon Red for example, battle every trainer there isleft to battle or use those trainers as cheat performers; navigate this website and find useful (and others not so useful) cheats and try them out.

You might get something good(or ruin your game permanently). If you're bored to death by the game just sell it or give it to the stupid kid you have as a neighbour.

As I said just experiment with the game and keep it as relic or something like it.

Yes pretty much everyone has that problem. You just have to suck it up and drive on till you finish.

Normally I re-start the game. I always enjoy it.

I'm afraid that heppens with every game. It's got to get boring sooner or later no mater how good it is.
