Ok.....i got all badges and lots of Pokemon and lots of stuff, but is there still a way I can get mew? If there is plzz answer A.S.A.P.

There is. Until recently, there was no known way, but a glitch was discovered that allowing anyone to get Mew (or any Pokemon s/he wanted).

This is what I submitted as a hint to Pokemon Blue:

----***How to perform the Mew Glitch***
You will need
- an unchallenged trainer (trainer #1) that notices you the moment s/he appears on the screen
- an Escape Rope or a Pokemon with Fly, Dig or Teleport (depends on where the unchallenge trainer is: you will need to escape from that area)
- another unchallenged trainer (in a different area from the first one) that walks to you when s/he sees you (trainer #2)

The term "area" designates a route, cave or town that appears on the Town Map.

- save before doing anything
- first, take your Pokemon with Fly/Dig/Teleport or your Escape Rope and go to the area of trainer #1.
- walk into trainer #1's line of sight, but in such a way that the trainer is off the screen (so s/he doesn't challenge you). Walk one square away from where this trainer will see you.
- walk towards trainer #1, and press START *while* you are walking. If done properly, the menu screen will pop up before the trainer challenges you.
- Fly/Dig/Teleport/Escape from the area.
- Wherever you escape to, you will not be able to press START, A, or B unless a battle is initiated.
- Challenge trainer #2, making very sure this trainer walks towards you (if the trainer doesn't walk to you, the game will freeze)
- Once you defeat trainer #2, your buttons will be functional. You are free to do anything **outside** the area of trainer #1 - just don't save and turn the game off! (just to be save, don't save period)
- When you return to the area of trainer #1, the start menu will pop up on it's own. Close it by pressing B or Exit.
- A Pokemon will appear. The Pokemon that appears corresponds to the SPECIAL value of the LAST Pokemon you fought. This could be Trainer #2's last Pokemon, or any Pokemon fought after Trainer #2 was defeated.
- This Pokemon is usually level 7, but sometimes higher.
- The Special value of the last Pokemon prompts the hexadecimal value of the Pokemon you will see, NOT the Pokedex value. Thus, since Mew's hex value is 15 (21 in base 10), if you fight a Pokemon whose special is 21 (like the Shellder owned by the first trainer in Misty's gym, or the Youngster's Slowpoke beyond Nugget Bridge) before returning to trainer #1's area, you will find a Mew!

Other useful values (all in base 10):
131 - Mewtwo
132 - Snorlax
73 - Moltres
74 - Articuno
75 - Zapdos
49 - Golem
126 - Machamp
14 - Gengar
149 - Alakazam
104 - Jolteon

IMPORTANT: if the last Pokemon you fight (before returning to area of trainer #1) is Ditto, and Ditto transforms into one of your Pokemon, ***YOUR POKEMON'S*** special is used to determine what Pokemon you will end up facing! This makes catching specific Pokemon MUCH easier!!

With higher special values (above 200), you may end up facing trainers with strange Pokemon instead. I've fought Brock with Sabrina's Pokemon, or the final Gary with two Gastlies, and Lance with several lv. 200+ Pokemon, one of which froze my game (there were several glitch Pokemon).

There is a way called the Mew Glitch. If you visit the Pokemon Blue forum and make a topic on it, I will be glad to assist you on a simple walkthrough of how to get Mew. There are 6 ways, you must understand.

Somebody told me that before you face mewtwo, you go on the right of him and you will walk through a wall and go and catch Mew, but I don't think that's true.

If you have battled every single trainer in the game then you can't perform the Mew glitch, you have to use a Gameshark or a Monster Brain.

If you haven't battled the trainer with the one slowpoke on route 24 and haven't battled the gambler that uses water type Pokemon on route 8 then you can perform the Mew glitch.

The details on how to perform the Mew glitch are posted on this site, find them and good luck catching Mew at Lv. 7.

The fastest way to get him is to use a Monster Brain since it does not need any codes like a Gameshark, you can get a brand new one at ebay for around a buck (sipping and handling not included).

But if you do use a Monster Brain it will not count towards your Pokedex seen/caught counter.

There is an easy yet semi-long way to get mew. Here it is:

First, don't challenge the youngster after nugget bridge.(he is like the fourth trainer after nugget bridge)

Second, don't challenge the gambler in below the underground passage on the route between Lavender Town and Celadon City.(he is facing the underground passage)

After all that is done and you have fly and a Pokemon that knows it, save in lavender town.(saving after the next part disrupts the process) Now go onto the route between lavender and celadon in front of the door for the underground pass,( note that the gambler should not see you yet) and go down one step and hit start,(he should see you but you will be in the start menu) click on your Pokemon that knowsfly and fly yo cerulean city,(there should be an ! Above his head and the battle music should play, meaning that he saw you as you fly off to cerulean).

Next, go up nugget bridge to the youngster,(don't click on him or your game will freeze and you will have to start all over) let him see you (by the way, this is the youngster with the slopoke as his only Pokemon I'm pretty sure) beat him and then fly back to lavender town. Go onto the route between the two towns and the start menu will pop up all by itself, press B to get it to go away and a wild Mew will appear on level 7 with Pound being it's only move. Catch it and congrats you've caught mew.

P.s. It's nice that you have all the badges and lots of Pokemon, but you've probably fought both the required trainers to get mew(a.k.a. The youngster and the gambler) check to see if you have, if not do the cheat to get Mew, if you have fought them, start a new game and do it.
