Well I beat them and all I know to do is battle every trainer, catch all Pokemon, etc.

You can explore the Unknown Dungeon near Cerulean. There, you might find a particular rare Pokemon

You can also try to catch all the Pokemon remaining to be caught, or train a team to battle your friends with.

You can go to the cave in cerulean (go across nugget bridge go to the left and surf) ,and if you knew that,then you can raise all of your Pokemon and build a deadly team and try competing you pokedex.hope I helped

Try going to Cerulean Cave and catching Mewtwo! To get there, head up Nugget Bridge, make a left, and Surf through the water until you come to a strip of land and a cave entrance. The Pokemon inside are very tough, being around level 60. You have to navigate a maze to get to a level 70 Mewtwo.

If you are interested in glitches, especially the Yoshi Glitch, keep in your memory where Mewtwo's placement is, because you are going to need to remember where it was in order to do the Yoshi Glitch. Don't know how the Yoshi Glitch works? Visit me in the Pokemon Blue forum and make a topic on it and I will help you out with it.

You can go into the cave which was once blocked by someone in cerulean city. In there are powerful Pokemon including mewtwo.

Try out some cheats with the remaining trainers. Or start a new game. I have restarted my game three times already because I grew bored.
