When you to go the safari zone and pay 500 poke when your in you need to get to the end of the zone and where surf is you need to look in front of you no joke stright in front of you there will be a item called the warden gold teeth when you get them go a little further you find a building there will lie a person in there he will give you surf when your out of the safari zone go to the building next to the Pokemon centre and you will find the warden in there he will exchange the gold teeth for HM04 strenght and there will be a boulder and the item in it is a rare candy I know I'm sexy
