I can't get to Cinnibar Island! I got to Seafoam Island but not Cinnibar! I can't find the Island!!! HELP!!! D: I tried Everything!

Yeah go back to Pallet Town then head South.
However, if you do still want to go via Seafoam Islands, you have to get through it first. Pokemon are in there and one of special notice is Articuno. Make sure you have a strong Pokemon with Hypnosis or Sleep Powder and also a Pokeball is what you need. Make sure you have a Pokemon with Strength as well.
Once you get through Seafoam Islands just Surf due West.

The easy way to get there is fly to pallet town and surf downwards until you reach it. There is a way through seafoam islands where you move some rocks around, which a lot of people don't seem to know how to do, but going to pallet town is much easier.
