I know there is a way to catch Mew without gameshark but the problem is that I already beat the people needed to get it. Is there anyway to get it without me starting completely over

No, I am sorry to say this, but if you have beaten both of the youngsters that can give you a Mew, then you are out of luck. Once you defeat them, you can no longer get anymore Mew's. However...as long as that guy who is standing near the grass that you teleport away from is alive, then you can contiune to use the glitch to get different Pokemon!
It is a really neat trick, just try it. I have gotten several dfferent Pokemon by using the Mew glitch on different Pokemon Trainers. I have spawned a Golem, a Haunter, a Missingno, a Diglett, and other good Pokemon! Just go for it, you will never know what Pokemon you will find.
