Where do I go to find flash? I've tried alot of things but I can't find it.

You have to go through Diglett's Cave from Vermillion City and when you get to the other end and exit the cave, then go South (down) and enter every building t find Prof' Oak's AIDE and he'll give it to you.

Go to Vermillion City, head right on the main path, and enter into the cave. Proceed through Diglett's cave until you reach the end, and exit the cave, and go down the path. You should encounter some buildings, go into them, and look for Professor Oak's aide. He will be in one of the bigger buildings that you see, talk to him and he will give you HM5 Flash. You have to have 5, or 10 different types of Pokemon though.

Head over to Viridian City and head North, cut down the tree to the right and head up, talk to the scien dude in the building and he'll give you HM5 if you have 10 or more recorded Pokemon in you Dex.

Yeah, you just go to Vermilion, get through Diglett's Cave(it's 2 the right of Vermilion), go down the path, and go into one of the bigger buildings.
