Hey, guys. I have 3 questions:
 1. How do you get the Gym Leaders like Misty to come back? Tell me what I have to do.
 2. When can you get into the Silver Cave? Tell me what I have to do.
 3. When can you get Raikou or Entei? I've seen Raikou once in Blackthorn City, but will I see him again?

Misty is at Cape Cerulean. If you remember back to Pokemon Red, Blue and Yellow, there is the bridge where you fight 6 trainers.Go up that and head towards Bill's house. Misty will be there with her boyfriend. When she sees you, she will run off. She now should be back in the gym. (By the way, if you talk to the old man in Bill's house, he will ask you to show him some Pokemon. If you do, he will give you Evolution Stones.)

To get into Silver Cave, you must:-
I) Beat the Pokemon League, and
Ii) Get all 8 Kanto Badges as well as the Johto Badges.
In Silver Cave you can catch Larvitars, Golducks and Misdreavuses (possibly more) and you can fight Red (Ash).

Yes, you will see Raikou again. Once you have seen them run off in the Burned Tower, go to Tin Tower and you fight Suicune. Entei and Raikou will now randomly run around Johto. Once seen, you can see where they are on your Pokedex.
