Question for Pokemon Crystal

Please help me. In Goldenrod city there's an underground path. In the underground path there's a door with a sign "NO ENTRY BEYOND THIS POINT". If you enter, you will enter a room with three switches and one EMERGENCY switch. My question: Which switches and in which order do I have to turn them "on" or "off" to get the item in the below left corner?

The order os switches goes Last-Middle Right or 3-2-1 (left to right) one of the rockets says the first one starts.

You do it in this order: Left, Middle, Right, or 3, 2, 1.

The question here is how to get the 'item in the below left corner '.

The answer (which was really hard to find because there are so many dunderheads on the Internet) is 1, 3, 2, 1, 3 (http://www.cheatsguru.com/gba/Pokemon_crystal/questions/1409605/). I know it has been so many years but I just want to leave this here anyway.
