Where do you get the master ball?

Professor Elm gives it to you after you get your eighth gym badge.

You get the master ball from proffesor elm after you beat the 8th gym leader.

In order to get the masterball you need to pass the game and elm will give you a masterball or you can use a gameshark to get it.

When you go to the kanto region when you get out of mt.moon there is this shop and they sell masterballs for $0

dude there isnt a mart that sells masterballs I looked allover the easiest way is the lucky number show

I caught a suicine with ultra balls.. Use hypnosis when it's hp is less than 3.. Then use ultra balls, took me 3 balls to catch it.. I did it with Lugia, and it worked too..

Use ultra balls for everyone :D except for raikou because he uses roar >:l

In Mnt. Moon, there is a shop that gives you Masterballs (so I've been told). I'm still trying to figure out how to get there.. But it's possible. I hope this helps.

Hahaha.. I got Raikou by using only ULTRA BALL. Its HP is full, but I got it many tries to get Raikou easy using an Ultra Ball only.
