Pokemon Crystal Questions

How do you get all the starter pokemon? Well, I mean how do you get all the starter Pokemon without trading?

Use a gameshark,other than that,you will have to trade,hope this has helped.

.Start a new game and save outside your house. DON'T SAVE AGAIN. Do everything until you get past your rival for the first time. When you get to Professor Elm and you get the pokeballs give one to your pokemon. Catch a Pokemon from the wild and go to the first Pokemon centre. Deposit your starter and change the box. When it tells you not to turn it off, turn it off. When you turn it back on, you'll be outside your house.Get a different starter, go to the first Pokemon centre and withdraw your first starter.Take the pokeball off it and catch another pokemon. Deposit your two starters, change box and turn it off when it tells you not to.When you uurn it back on, get the last starter and go to the pc and the other two will be there.

NOTE: When you switch boxes be sure to let the whole messgae pop up, after it says the word "POWER." turn it off!!!

I belive that the only SMART way to get all three starters is by trading. There is another way and someone will probably tell it to you.

There is supposed to be a special saving and restarting technique that doesn't require trading to get all 3 starters, but you can use a GameShark, too.

The way to get all of the starter Pokemon is to save right before you get the first starter pokemon. Then you do all of the stuff that you got to do until you get a pokeball go to the pokemart and buy more and give one to your starter for later. Then, catch another pokemon(doesn't matter what, you just have it so you can deposit the starter.) then go to your local pokecenter and deposit the starter. Go to change box, and when it says SAVING DON'T TURN OFF THE POWER is fully on the screen, shut the game off. Wait a couple of seconds. Then cut it on. You will be back at proffesor elms office if you did it right. Don't pick the same Pokemon because it will be in your box along with the pokeball you gave it. Whenever you get to the next city, get the Pokemon out and take the poke ball from it, then put it back in the box. Go catch another one so you can deposit the new starter pokemon.when you do deposit it go to change the box and when it says SAVING DON'T TURN OFF THE POWER fully on the screen shut it off and wait again, then cut it back on and you should be back at the office. Pick the third Pokemon that hasn't been picke yet and go to the next cities pokecenter get the other two starters and there you have all three starters.

P.s. If you have bad timing then this might not work correctly for the first couple of times. But have patience and you shall get what you wanted.

1.)why does some Pokemon have over 400hp
2.)why is the unknown dungen closed in gold,silver and crystal?
