ANSWERS

In **ONLY** Pokemon cystal go to the radio tower,where team rocket took over,(go to the 2nd floor) and there should be this red hair person at the bottom right of the screen,after 6:00 go to channel 15.5 (i think it's that) or just keep checking your radio if I'm wrong,then remember the password and then talk to her and then she will give you one point,then talk to the lady (to the left of her) and you can veiw what prizes you need (max prize 2 points),hope this has helped...bye

She's in the Radio Tower. She is the one on the radio who gives you points with which you can buy some items.

Beuna is the women with blue hair on the second floor in goldenrod's raidio tower. Tune in after 6 every nite to beunas password. Then tell it her.
