Question for Pokemon Crystal

I need help! How do you find Raikou?

I caught Entei the first time I saw it, and this is what I've done so far to get Raikou:
I biked around Route 42 a lot
I biked around the T shaped patch of grass west of Ecruteak.
I do it with the Pokemon March playing.
I use tons of Super Repels.
I have a Lvl:40 Kingler first in my lineup.

And I haven't found one hair of Raikou!

Uhh, just keep trying. Try without Pokemon March.

Route 42 is where Raikou appears alot... Good spot, keep trying there. Otherwise, I can't say much except to take a look in an official guide book for this game, as there is a special tracking and pacifying technique that is noted in it...

Like spideraman said. Try some other stations! You never know.

I played Oak's Pokemon Talk early in the morning at a Bug Catching Contest and caught a Scyther that won me a Sunstone.

So you never know.

=D Hope I helped.
