Hi, I've beaten the whole game including red but my problem is I can't find Rakiou or Entie can someone help me.

You will have to look around in the grass after you encounter them in the burned tower.

The easiest way to catch them is throwing a ball strait away.

If you try to attack them even with mean look or other moves that prevent them from escaping they always run away even when holding a quick claw.

Use Master ball or fast ball.

Entei and Raikou can be found in any patch of grass in Johto only.

Whenever you enter a new building or Route, however, they appear in a different patch of grass.

You can see where they are after you have found them, as they will appear in your PokeDex. Just look up their location and it will tell you.

When you are in the very vicinity of either of them, use any type of Repel to prevent any Pokemon under level 40 from appearing, for Entei and Raikou appear at level 40.

This is my trick that always works. Make sure you have a fast level 40 Pokemon holding Quick Claw which has a sleeping move. Then, get about a dozen Max Repels.

Go to Johto and walk around on grassy routes until you eventually find one of the dogs. Use your sleeping move and then attack it.

Then, throw Fast Balls or other good ones.Good luck.
