Hello I need some help. I´m entering to Kanto and I need to know if there´s a way of getting Lugia.
 
 I heard that you have to catch a Lv. 15 Cloyster in Whirlpool Islands - DONE - Get a Lv. 15 Pinsir in the Bug-Catching Competition - DONE - and let them train with the daycare people - DONE - and finally give them to the three red heads - NOT DONE -
 
 Where the hell could I find those Red Heads!!!!!, or have I been given a bogus cheat??
 
 Is there another way of getting Lugia?? HELP PLEASE!!!!!!
 
 Also I need help with Raikou and Entei. I know they are around all Johto, but how do I find them?
 
 Should I use the repel stuff?
 
 I would really appreciate your help.

Forget about the red heads. They don't give you a Lugia. They do exist, however. When you are on Route 34, surf south in the water next to the daycare center. You'll find three girls who will battle you and give you an item.

In Kanto, go to Pewter City. Talk to the man next to the Pokémon Center and he'll give you Silver Wing. Go the the Whirl Islands and use the northeast entrance. Continue and you'll eventually reach Lugia.

Raikou/Entei- Get a level 40 Pokemon first in your party. Use repels and you should find them.
