To breed Pokemon, you need to put the two Pokemon that you want to breed in the Daycare centre, which is in the route below Goldenrod. The female Pokemon you put in is the most important, as the egg they make will be the same species as the female.

If you talk to the man outside the Daycare, he will tell you if the Pokemon are compatible or not. It needs to say that they like each other, otherwise it is more difficult for them to breed. If they do not like each other, then change one of them. A ditto is the best Pokemon to use to breed, and almost everything likes it.

Then, just cycle around and keep checking back to see whether they have laid an egg. If you talk to the man, he will tell you. Depending on the Pokemon, it takes different amounts of steps. The rarer the Pokemon you are trying to breed, the longer it will take.

Hope this helps Smile
