Question for Pokemon Crystal

Is their a Game Shark code to make legendary Pokemon such as Moltres at level 5? If so what is it?

There probably isn't. The only way I can think of is by breeding but legendary Pokemon can't be bred...

There is a code in which you can catch ANY POKEMON on the GAMESHARK
I know this to be a fact! I have them all written down somwhere (and trust me I am not going to put every gameshark cheat down for this game there are just WAY TO MANY!!!! so I'll put a few helpful ones on.

this one is the one you want:::Catch Any Pokemon: 91xx04d2 xx= (see code digits for details)
once you've done the above cheat go into any patch of grass and the Pokemon you've entered the cheat for will appear on whatever level the Pokemon in that area are e.g: at the start of the game Pokemon are around levels 2-4 so go there if you want to catch that pokemon at that level!
