You been watching too much of pokemon.There is no GS Ball in the game or in any other game.

The gs ball was used to catch celebi, at the time of the games release at nintendo events. To get it to day you would need an old cheat system, like the gameshark that was for gameboy color. So today it is next to imposible to get and to use.

Try catching all the unown then put the following c-e-l-e-b-i of unown in your party in the same order then go to the shrine then celebi(lv 30) will appear(as I were told if dun work it's not my fault)
