After you finish the game, all you can do is train your Pokemon to level 100 and get all the Pokemon.

1.You get a certificate off a guy in Celedon city.
2.There are lots of things you can do after you finish your game, but mostly, you should tran your Pokemon up and battl eother trainers.
3.Yes, quite a few pokemon can learn it.
4.Pokemon is so famous because of all the puzzles in it, so I will let you figure that one out.

You can defeat Red on Mt. Silver. He is the hardest trainer in the game and if you beat him the credits will show up. His Pokemon are around lvl 72 to lvl 85

Red's Pokemon are Pikachu (lvl 81), Espeon (lvl 73), Snorlax (lvl 75), Venusaur, Charizard and Blastoise all at lvl 77. None of them have a held item. I believe Snorlax is the most difficult.
