I have 250 Pokemon and the only one I need now is Mew (not involving Action Replay or the Gameshark) does anyone know any cheats or something that could allow me to get it?

Go to Pokemon Blue cheats or hints, can't remember which one. Scroll down until you see a How to Catch Mew. Read it and it will tell how to get Mew in Blue, Red, and Yellow versions without a Gameshark. Then just trade him over.

Blue eyes black dragon you're wrong, you can't get Mew unless you go to a Nintendo event or have a Game Shark or any other cheats module. I've tried everything to get Mew and none of them work, don't bother trying.

Ah ha! This may be a question that I can answer!

To get Mew, you need red, blue, or yellow. First you need to travel to the left of saffron, and there is a trainer facing upwards. Save before you do this, or it will not work if the trainer sees you.

Go around to the right of him, and up in front of the underground pathway building, so he is directly beneath you but doesnt see you.

Take one step towards him (you must be facing him) and immediatly hit start, and fly to cerulean. From this point on, the start button will not work, so you cannot save it.

In Cerulean, there is a trainer by the cape facing upwards who battles with only one pokemon- a slowpoke. Make sure you have not battled him previously.

Walk up to him, and battle him. As soon as the battle is over, you will be able to use the start button again. Press start, and fly to Fushia. The pathway out of Fushia to the left is where you want to go.

As soon as you enter that pathway out of the town, your start menu will pop up. Hit the B button to close it, and then the battle screen will appear. You will soon be fighting a level 7 mew.

She is easy to catch, but I don't like to take the chance and I use a masterball after I've done the 99+ item cheat with them.
Yes this works. I do it everytime I get bored and restart my game.
