Where do I get Thunder Stone??

Alright first of all in order to get any of the legendary dogs you have to encounter them. They will only appear at random throughout your adventures through jhoto. Next, in order to get a thunder stone you can get it as a gift or mystery, meaning from Pokemon or found somewhere in the game. You can also trade it from another game such as red, blue, or yellow after giving it to one of the Pokemon if you have a gamboy link cable and 2 gameboys.

Unlike in any of the other generations of Pokemon games, evolution stones of any kind are extremely hard to come upon. No longer can you simply buy them from a shop when you have the right amount of money. In Pokemon gold, Pokemon silver, and Pokemon Crystal you have to find them in the wild.

Or, you could go to the Kanto region later on in the game. Once you are in the Kanto region, head to Celadon City and see if they sell them in the fourth floor of the department store building. That was where they were sold in Pokemon Blue, Pokemon Red, and Pokemon Yellow. Raikou cannt simply be found in some area. If you want to find Raikou, you need to run around everywhere in the wild till you encounter him. Its that simple. He will be on level Forty when you encounter him.

To get raikou you need to just search around and find him. He will be in a random area, so you're bound to find him somewhere. If you don't catch it the first time, you will be able to check his area in the pokedex. Also, you may wan't to duplicate masterballs or use mean look on him because he will run away
