I'm sorry I can only answer the last 2 questions and the first hope it helps.

1) You cant get Celebi on Crystal without a Gameshark unless you go to a nintendo event thingy. Also, the mobile adapter only works on the Japanese version.

5) Missingno on Red/Blue/Yellow evolves into Kangaskhan in you catch missingno on level 0 and train it to level 1.

6) To everybody keeps saying the mobile adapter is a phone charger, I have a newsflash for you- ITS NOT!!!!!!!!!! Its a completely different thing especially designed for Japanese Pokemon games. End of story, bye bye.
