Does anybody know what to do in Kanto to get to Pewter, Viridian or Pallet Town?

ANSWERS

Fix the Power Plant, get the Expn Card from the Lavender Radio Manager, tune to the PokÃ©Flute and fight Snorlax, and go through Diglett Cave.

You come out on Route 2, and Pewter City is to the north, Viridian, Pallet, and Cinnabar to the south.

First go to Cerulean City. Go to the Power Plant there and talk to the manager. Then walk out the exit. A Police Officer will stop you and then when he returns go out the door.

Go to Cerulean Gym, and run into the Rocket. Then go out of the gym and up to where nugget bride is. Battle and win.
Go back to cerulean gym and look in the middle section of water for generator part.

Return it and go to Lavender Town. Talk to the radio director in the Radio Tower and he'll give you the EXPN Radio Card.
Go to the Snorlax in Vermillion City and turn to the Poke Flute station on your radio. Then press A, battle the snorlax, and when the battle ends, go through Diglett's Cave into Viridian City.
