Please Note: This Special Event - as is the case with all such Special Events - is ONLY going to be available to you if your game has progressed past the point of unlocking District 3. That is to say it will only flag and appear in your Quest for Stuff if you have fully completed the game Tutorial, which requires you to have progressed to a specific point in District Three. So if you have yet to do that, you should really focus on doing that!

A telenovela is a type of limited-run serial drama that was originally developed for television in Spain that then become very popular on Asia, Latin America, and eventually America, particularly on the Spanish/Latin Language TV Networks found on Cable and Satellite Dish.

The word is a portmanteau of tele, short for televisión or televisão and novela, a Spanish and Portuguese word for "novel".

So not only do we get to experience the popular entertainment of another culture - we get to obtain Soap Opera Peter! Woot! That said tho, remember that you only have until the 18th to fully unlock this new and special form of Peter - fail to get the resource collection completed by then and he will disappear forever. Sigh.
