Meloetta & Genesect

The final two Mythical Pokemon of the Unova Region are Genesect and Meloetta, two Pokemon that have literally nothing to do with each other and have never been remotely close to clashing in the anime or gaming series.

Meloetta is a unique Mythical Pokemon, having two forms that is changable by using the move Relic Song. It also changes from a Psychic/Normal to a Fighting/Normal when it does. In its regular form, Meloetta is a semi-slow, Special Attack beast. But in its Pirouette Form, its a speedy, Physical Attack killer.

Genesect, on the other hand, doesn't have a secondary form; however, it was the first Shiny Legend or Mythical shown in the Anime Series. It's a Bug/Steel Pokemon that has decent speed, and a mixed sweeper in both physical and special attack. It was feared by the strongest of hunters 300 million years ago, being revived from a fossil by the infamous Team Plasma.

#648 (Meloetta) & #649 (Genesect): Both of these Pokemon have only been available by Event, being that both are Mythical Pokemon. Genesect has also been released as a Shiny Pokemon in a Pokemon Event, based on its Shiny Form in the movie apart of the anime.
