Legendary Lake Guardian Trio: Uxie, Mesprit, Azelf

Like the third generation, the fourth generation also released a total of two sets of Legendary Trio. Both of them go hand and hand with each other, not to mention the myths and legends that are associated with the Sinnoh Region. The first trio set from this generation are the Lake Guardians: Uxie, Mesprit & Azelf.

The Lake Guardians are living representations of the three spirits of all consciousness: Uxie (Knowledge), Mesprit (Emotion), and Azelf (Willpower). They are said to be created by the Original One, the God of Pokemon, Arceus itself, and are believed to have the power to tame any of three dragons apart of the second trio of the Sinnoh Region.

Uxie is an incredibly defensive Pokemon, and the strongest of this area of the bunch; Mesprit is the balanced one of the three, having high stats in all categories but Hit Points and Speed; and Azelf is offensive one of the group, sort of the opposite of Uxie. All three are found in every single same game as each other; they are a packaged deal.

#480 - Uxie: Uxie is located in Lake Acuity in all three Sinnoh Games (Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum); in Nacrene City in the fifth generation sequels (Black 2 and White 2); and in the Nameless Cavern when soaring through the sky in the third generation remakes (Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire).

#481 - Mesprit: Mesprit can be found roaming Sinnoh after you see it at Lake Verity in the fourth generation Games. It can also be found in Celestial Tower in the fifth generation sequels, and in Nameless Cavern in the third generation remakes.

#481 - Azelf: Azelf can also be found at its lake, Lake Valor, in the Sinnoh Games, as well as Route 23 in the Unova Sequels and Nameless Cavern in the Hoenn Remakes.
