Iki Town (Starter Pokemon)

Walkthrough: After meeting both Lillie and Cosmog, you will return to Iki Town to find the Kahuna arriving as well. After this, Kahuna Hala will allow you select your Starter Pokemon. All of them will be at Level 5, and your choices are between Rowlet, Litten and Popplio. After selecting your Starter, it will in return have to choose to travel with you (which it always will). After you select your Pokemon and leave to the south of Iki Town, a trainer will appear and challenge you. His name is Hau, the grandson of Hala, who will become your Rival.

Wild Pokemon: No wild Pokemon can be found here.

Gift Pokemon: The first Gift Pokemon you will receive is your Starter Pokemon, either Rowlet, Litten or Popplio.

Hau (Litten Starter) - Level 5 Rowlet

Hau (Popplio Starter) - Level 5 Litten

Zygarde Cells: There is one Zygarde Core and one Zygarde Cell that can be found in this town later in the game.

Items: There is no items you can find or will receive at this early point in the game.
