Added:

Super Training was introduced in the Sixth Generation of Pokemon that allowed a player to quick EV Train their Pokemon through mini games. Within the Seventh Generation, Super Training as been removed, being replaced with a brand New concept called Hyper Training. Unlike Super Training, Hyper Training doesn't focus on EV Training but rather actually maximizing their IVs instead.

Hyper Training can be done with Mr. Hype in the Hau'oli City Shopping Mall. Here you can have Mr. Hype maximize your Pokemon's IVs in exchange for New items called Bottle Caps, but this can only be done on Level 100 Pokemon. There are actually two different kinds of Bottle Caps (both primarily obtained in Festival Plaza, by Fishing, and through the Lottery): Standard Bottle Caps and Gold Bottle Caps. Regular Bottle Caps can be exchanged for maximizing just one of your Pokemon's Stat IVs, while a Gold Bottle Cap can be exchanged to maximize all of your Pokemon's Stat IVs.

Hyper Training, however, only increases a Pokemon's IVs in terms of Battling. By changing their IVs through Hyper Training, a Pokemon will remain to have the Hidden Power Type as they had with their regular IV Spread. When bred, the Pokemon won't pass down the Max IVs either, but rather their original IV Spread if using the Destiny Knot to pass down IVs.
