.Ancient Civilization Parts are integral components for crafting some of the game's shields, and all Ancient Technology structures, devices, or sphere launchers. They might seem daunting to collect early on in the game but as you gain better weapons, armor, and Pals, farming them is as easy as any other resource. In this page, we will quickly discuss how you can reliably farm Ancient Civilization Parts.
You will encounter the first structure that will require Ancient Civilization Parts once you've reached player LV7 (Egg Incubator). Aside from Ancient Technology items, you'll also need Ancient Civilization Parts when crafting better versions of weapons and armor from blueprints. As you can see below, the uncommon version of the crossbow requires these parts and more materials compared to the normal one. Blueprints like these even allow you to craft weapons or armor that you haven't even spent Technology points on.

You can repeatedly hunt down alpha pals or world bosses for Ancient Civilization Parts. (The Ancient Technology point bonus for defeating them for the first time won't be awarded on subsequent attempts - only their normal drops, including the Ancient Civilization Parts. Even the easier, low level alpha pals like Chillet and Grintale yield a good amount of parts. There's a cooldown before these bosses reappear so you may want to wait for a while before checking their locations again. So once your party has better gear and Pals, you can easily revisit these world bosses and collect several Ancient Civilization Parts over and over again.

For alpha pals found inside dungeons, you'll have to explore the dungeon until you reach the boss area. The boss area is a chamber with a large tree so you can easily distinguish it right away. Unfortunately, there's no mini-map to guide you throughout the exploration and the layout of the caves are somewhat randomized to some degree.
The bosses inside dungeons are usually accompanied by their smaller versions as minions. During the fight, you have to take out the smaller ones first and just let your Pal duke it out with the boss. You just need to kill or capture the boss to complete the battle. To exit the dungeon, just use the portal behind the large tree. Dungeon exits like this will always have two treasure chests that you can loot on the way out.

Sealed Alpha Pals on the other hand don't require you to explore dungeons just to get to them. After entering a Sealed dungeon, you'll find the boss immediately in a single, large room. Like before, you can defeat the boss or capture it. There are no treasure chests to loot in Sealed dungeons.

Like overworld bosses, you'll have to wait for a cooldown period to expire before you can enter a normal dungeon or a sealed dungeon again. The respawn cooldown can be found at the dungeon's entrance or seal.
