Description: The PCL is a laboratory found in Ryme City. Tim and Pikachu head there quite early in their journey, hoping to Find a matching Vial to the broken one they discovered in Harry's Apartment. While at the PCL, Tim and Pikachu must solve the Case revolving around Gengar causing trouble. The PCL is the first area that has its own map, and it is here that the Plot surrounding the chemical known as R thickens.
