Case #2: The Usual Frillish

After being prevented from moving forward to the room containing the men carrying the Luggage due to the Krokorok Bouncers, Tim and Pikachu will need to discover a way to obtain a Ticket that said Pokemon requested in order to get in. Before too long, the duo will run into Emilia on the cruise Ship. Apparently, she is on the ship interviewing people heading to the Pokemon Carnival in Ryme City. She won't be able to talk for too long, however, as she still has an interview left to do with the world renowned chef with the name of Gino Earina. As you will later Find out, Gino is working towards creating the famous Henry Brothers Lost Recipes.

During their chat, however, Emilia will give Tim and Pikachu a copy of the Ship's newspaper. With it, Tim and Pikachu will discover that the special event that is being held in the doors behind the Krokorok is called the Prime Treasure Show. Before leaving, Emilia will even grant Tim and Pikachu with an order sheet that they can use to receive refreshments from the Frillish waiting staff. Once she has left, you will need to interview almost every person and Pokemon on the Cruiser once again in hopes of discovering what is happening at said Prime Treasure Show.

By doing this exact thing, you will learn that practically everyone on board the Ship has no idea what the show is all about, as well as how all the tickets have already been sold out. With having no luck as far as Eyewitness Testimonies are concerned, Tim and Pikachu will stop and have a drink using the order sheet Emilia provided them. After doing so, they will return to the Ocean Cafe Lounge hoping to Find Emilia there so they can earn some additional help.

Not long after making it back to the lounge, they will hear a scream come from a woman know as Rose Milton. By heading to her, you will learn that the wrong Luggage made its way to her room. When opening it, Rose discovered a Cofagrigus Mask within said piece of luggage, the same that terrified both her and her Snubbull. With this new mystery in hand, Rose will then take you to see the captain of the Ship.

When you reach the Captain, you will again run into Emilia, the same who is doing her interviews. When Tim and Pikachu advise them of the Mask that was found, Emilia will remember that the same mask was on the news not too long ago, apparently having been stolen recently. From there, the Captain will give you a note and Ticket found within the piece of Luggage that contained the mask. Even though the Captain will have no idea about the show taking place on the lower decks, the note will give you loads of possible leads. Included within the note will be the following list: Prime Treasure Show, Iced Tea, The Usual Frillish, Umbrellas and Yellow Deck Chairs.

After speaking with the Captain, you will again have to investigate by receiving more Eyewitness Testimonies in order to Find out who this "Usual Frillish" is. This time, you will learn that one of the passengers tried asking a Frillish for a Book as his order. By interviewing this very passenger, you will learn he only did this because he saw another passenger doing so, thinking this was how you actually ordered a drink. He will mention that the passenger he saw doing this was the woman by the two Cinccino.

The woman this passenger saw ordering a Book from Frillish will deny doing so, but her one Cinccino will tell that she did from the Frillish on the second deck. If you talk to the other Cinccino, you will only hear it muttering numbers as it counts. From here, talk with the Frillish on the second deck, the same that is the "Usual Frillish" mentioned in the note within the suitcase that contained the Mask. By trying to order a book from this Frillish, it will agree to get you one, but only if your order it in the proper way. In order to figure out the proper way of doing so, check you Case Notes and review the note from the Luggage, remembering how the one Cinccino was counting something on the lower deck.

By putting two and two together, you will realize you will need to count the number of Umbrella and Yellow Deck Chairs around the pool on the second floor deck. After you do, head back to the Usual Frillish in question. When talking with it, you will need to order 6 Sugar Cubes and 7 Ice Teas in order to receive a Book from it. Believe it or not, this book will actually grant you access to the Prime Treasure Show a Little later on.
