Case #1: What Happened To Charizard?

The Fifth Chapter will begin with Tim and Pikachu again at the Hi Hat Cafe. They will be discussing their plans about going to Fine Park over another cup of Coffee, as John Waals explicitly mentioned back on Cappucci Island that Harry was going to go there after speaking with him. Before heading to the Abandoned Amusement park, the two will again run into Emilia and Meiko. They will mention how they are now going to be doing a news piece on the upcoming Pokemon Carnival in Ryme City, introducing you to their producer, Roger Clifford, who has come out with them.

After chatting with them and letting them know that you are now heading to Fine Park to see if it can give you any answers about Harry's disappearance, they will mention how they actually did a piece on Fine Park not so long ago. The two will ask Roger if it would be okay if Tim and Pikachu could view said Footage, and he said it would be fine, inviting you to stop by the GNN News Station the following day. However, even with this invitation, Tim and Pikachu still decide to head to Fine Park for now regardless.

Upon arriving to Fine Park, the same that is now almost completely Abandoned, you will quickly meet Alakazam. After talking to Alakazam, it says it will call Pokemon back to Fine Park so they can help you with your investigation. By talking to said Pokemon, you will quickly learn that the park was shut down after Charizard went wild during what would be the park's final parade. From the initial sound of things, it appears Charizard could've been under the influence of the Substance known as R as well. But you still must confirm this.

If order to get said proof, you will first need to eventually chat with Smeargle. Unfortunately, it had been too upset since the day its mural destroyed to talk much. Because of this, you will need to rebuild the mural by Find parts found throughout the park. Only after fixing the mural will Smeargle cheer up and talk with you. Once it does, you will quickly learn that Charizard was closest to Litten before it was taken away from the park. Thankfully, Litten is still hanging around the park. After finding Litten and chatting with it, along with the rest of the Pokemon found in Fine Park, you will determine that Charizard was clearly under the effect of R.
