So my problem:
Date of Question: Jun 4th 2012 | Question ID: 266909<BR>I have spent a lot of money on the Sims 3 store. A lot. And now I would like to download the things I have purchased. Makes sense right? Only it won't allow me to. So I'll go to my account and go to my purchases in the account and click download on one of the items, then the game launcher will pop up and ask me to login to it. The thing is, I'm already logged into it. But whether I put in my password or just hit cancel, it will just keep popping up again and again and again asking me to login when I already am. I know the password isn't wrong either, but I have tried requesting to change it and it emails me a dead end link that "is no longer valid." So I can't even change the password if I wanted to. I have manually uninstalled and reinstalled all of my games and added a new adminstrater account like I've read online and that didn't work. I have deleted browser history, cleared cookies and cache. I have done everything I know how to and have looked on the internet to do. I have posted this problem on forums but no one will help me. I know a lot of other people have had this problem before too because I've seen it on the forum over the last few years but the geniuses never put up a solution. And the ones who did, didn't work for me. So will someone please give me an answer on how to fix this?
