You will have to keep flirting and stuff until it says "stay over" then you click that and go on from there

To get your sims married you basically flirt with another sim until on the romantic tab an option comes up saying 'ask to go steady'. This basically means that your sim is asking the other sim out. If they back away it means they said no but if they nod and hug/kiss - they said yes. After that on the romantic tab there will be a option saying 'propose'. Once they have proposed it will then come up with another icon in the romantic tab saying 'Get married'. They will have a mini discussion and get married there and then where they are. Hope this helps .

You keeping making out and kissing and then you go inside go on a relax on the bed and call over whoever you are dating cudlle kiss 3 times makeout 2 and woohoo and then ask to go steady then it says propose marrige then get married and there you go

So you get the sim the flirt with another sim and then up comes a button saying "Ask to go steady". Press that button and then after thier will be a button saying get married so click on that and then after there will be a button saying get married so press that and hey presto your married!
(This also might mean you can have children and do a lot more)
