Follow these steps to get a sim pregnant on sims 3 3ds Step 1:Get married (Find a boy and get into a serious relationship)
Step 2:Go and relax on the bed and call him over, then cuddle and kiss, and then it will show up woohoo
Step 3:Do this till your sim is sick
Step 4:It will take 3 sim days for the child to be born

I don't really want to say this but, I think you can't get your Female sim pregnant in Sims 3 3DS because if you look in the catalog you can't see any baby supplies.

YES your sim is pregnant. It will take three days for the baby to be born, but if not...
maybe the game's just being weird right now.

I don't think you can because there is no stuff to buy for the baby so I hope you can because I have been trying and trying and trying and nothing happened because I am 99.9 percent positive you can't have a baby. Sorry..... I hope I helped though.

On the nintendo ds you can't have a baby. Sorry if that is what you wanted on the sims 3 but on the 3ds you can ahve a baby by following the instructions fromt eh other comments

You will need to have wohoo around 8times and kiss 3time as well as make out 6times before you get pregnant then wait 3days. Ether human or sim day it doesn't matter. When you have gone 3 days then you need to wait till afternoon in sim then wait for the lady to give birth to a baby after, check in the shop to buy baby things.

Ive tried things ppl been saying but then I desided to try it my own my way and it worked I have 2 kids and heres wut I did so I got married made them flirt alot then went to bed made them kiss once makeout 7 times and woohoo 20 times but I woke them up after each one then made out one more time then kiss once and then waited 4 days and she gave birth! Hope this worked for you if not try your own way

Its simple but it don't work all the time but sometimes it dose so try it so mary alexsandra and then get into a good relationship and then make then cuddle on a bed together and woohoo 2 times and then you should here a twinkling sound if not it prob didnt work but keep trying tomorrow sim time hope I helped and hope this works for you and here are some sighns of pregnancy day 1 weak needs vometting for no reason day 2 manterry clothes and day 3 grow a little fat day 4 really fat then baby comes out
