How do you speed up pregnancy?

I don't think you can from what I heard.

I myself have also came to that question; in which I don't think it's possible. I have searched the insternet several times. Many websites; all have stated testingcheatsenabled true; but if you actually look in there is no option for it; so I do bielieve there is speeding up pregnancy in sims 3. Im sorry.

There is no way to speed up pregnacy but there is a way to make sure you have what you want or triplets & twins: for triplets/twins girls: make the pregnant sim have fertilty treatment (how do you even spell that?!) and make her sit down and watch tv on the kids station while listening to the kids raideo and read TWO pregnacy books and eat LOTS AND LOTS of watermelon! (For boys/twins/triplets): same thing only eat lots of APPLES instead

First pull the cheat box up and type in testingcheatsenabledtrue then click on the mail box and make needs static, then get your sim pregnant and wait till the purple pregnancy symbol appears, then turn on a radio and change it to 'kids' then het your preg sim to dance, then speed up time and your sim will get pregnant really quickly! Hope this helps!

When I got my sim preg she never changed into the special clothes and her belly wasn't geting bigger so I deleted the modlet and I am warning you never to do that because now it is disabling her from going into hot tubs and geting edited and I probably will have to delete my sim and I couldn't find a cheat to fix it or anything now I am mad.

I don't know of an official one but (this works for me) if you regularly bathe them, it makes them go into labour quicker ! Hope this helps☺️

Hello! There is in fact a way! You need to download a master controller which is harmless. Including an instant baby, there's many things you can do with master controller. It's a huge cheat haha. I don't remember where I downloaded mine, but just search master controller sims on YouTube and I'm sure it will come up! Once it's installed, you'll then click on your sim and an option should be NRaas. Once you press that, a list of options will come up. Click advanced. Then you click instant baby and you can choose it's name, gender, and traits. Enjoy!

You can speed up a pregnancy in the sims 3 in a way probably no one has heard of! To speed up a pregnancy all you do is workout with cardio on either a stereo or a TV. I hope this will work for you like it has for me!

For me, this worked turn testing cheats enabled true on then go to your mailbox shift click it then make your sim workout on cardio till you're bored of it, then shift click mailbox and make needs dynamic this made my sim instantly go into labour when the needs were dynamic again.

If you go on comands do Speed pregnancy it worked for me but she didnt go in labour.

You can, but it is EXTREMELY difficult.

Going to the spa helps, I think, I had 2 sims get pregnant at about the same time on the same day. I had one go to the spa and do the most expensive action. She gave birth about a day or more before the other. They are both the same age and everything else was the same (needs bars all maxed, did not eat anything since cheats, ect.) The one that gave birth first had many other kids unlike the other which it would be her first so that could have played a role on having it faster.

If you wanted, you could hit 4 and ultra speed through every action, which would make days go by faster, so you give birth faster.
