How do I kick my roommate out?

To kick someone out when you get in you're house phone it will say evict and click that and he' ll leave

To get you're roomate out and you're married you just have 2 insult them loads and soon it should say ask 4 divorece(or something like that). They will move out after you split up. If you wanna still be friends with them you're going to hav 2 be real nice cause wen you split they will be you're enemy!!!

All you have to do is leave the house and when you are in the street phone the sim you wish to evict and it will say the sim is moving out and the game will now save, hope this helps.

Un fortunetally, you can't have babies on sims 3.

To have a baby you make the mom n dad go on the bed and click on them and then press try for new baby

To evict a roommate on the ds sims 3, just make the one you want to evict go into town, when they are nt in you're house area go to you're sim phone, nt you're house phone, go into you're friends list n tap on the phone icon nxt to the sim you want to evict then a list appears and evict will b on that list, all other friends just have chat, invite over or invite out, bt the housemate will have evict, the game will save then they'll b out of you're house yay, gone back to where they came from ha x

To evict a sim:
Firs you have to let the sim you want to evict to leave the house
Then you have to click on the phone and click on the roomate picture
The it should have evict
Click that and you're roomate is now gone!

Of course you can kick him/her out! First, you have to rude and insult your roomate, and then "Ask to leave"-icon appears when you tap "Insulting..."

Easy There are 2 options.
1. Be really mean to your room mate and an in insulting I think, something that says "ask to leave" comes up and you click it and walla! It will say: The sim is moving out. The game will now save.

2. Make the room mate go to town, then click on your sim phone, on the people option, then click your roomate, and it will say "Evict" as one of the option. Click it and walla! It will say the saving stuff

For 3ds you change to the person you want to kick out then you go to the newspaper then click evict

Click on your phone and select Move Out. You will then receive an option stating "in order to move you have to dismiss all of your existing roommates. Are you sure you want to dismiss them now?" click yes...they will leave.

If you want to kick someone out you have to become best friends with some and you click on friendly and it should say ask to move in. Once there there should be slides of the sims that can move in with you. Go down and you should see the sim you want to kick out , just slide the sim to the right andthey should move in with that other family -sims 3 pets

On the sims 3 for 3ds just go to a news paper, and evict.

In sims 3ds you have to switch to the sim you want to kick out, buy a computer, touch the computer, touch the icon 'leave' or 'verlaten' in dutch and then there pops up a icon with 'do you want to move al your sims to a new house or let (the name of the current sim behind the computer) leave the house?' Then click on leave and he/she will no longer live with you.

On the person you want to move out go to the phone and choose "move..." Then when the thing pops up there is a box that you can chrck that says "kick out" and the person leaves. It has been a while since I did that so tell me if it doesn't work or if there is something else you need to do.

2. Wait for 5 seconds.
3.click on your cellphone .
4. Select real estate and travel services.
5. There will be a option for roommate services. Click .
6. Select disable roommate services. 😊

For nintendo 3ds you have the roomate you want to kick out go to either the computer or the newspaper and select the move out option. It will ask you if you want to evict the sim or move all the people in the house. Select evict and the person will just leave.
