Hello , I have had the same problem for days now and no one has helped me yet. I just bought a new game off orgin(the sims 3 pets) I downloaded it and was about to install it but when I tryed to an error message came up and said that I had to update my current version of the game before I installed the sims 3 pets so I tryed to go to the sims launcher to update it but it already said that my game was up to date , I went on live chat tech support and they said to uninstall then reinstall the game , so I did now it wont let me even open the game launcher it says sims 3 game launcher has stoped working! I am so mad becuase I had the same problem before it is so time consuming and I don't know how to fix it all I wanna do is install my sims 3 pets game from orgin so I can play on it , and update my game but I don't know how! PLEASE HELP ME!!!![color=re d][/color]
