Yes teens on the Sims 3 can get pregnant. I went to the Sims 3 website and was randomly looking up stories and movies that other Sim fans have made, I saw a video that said real teen sim pregeant so I clicked on it and wacthed it. It was at a wild pary and they made out and and then got in the bed and woohoo and there was a thingy that said "try for baby" so she clicked on it and next thing you know there was a baby boy 3 sim days later. So all you have to do is throw a wild party and start stuff with the other sex and try for ababy. Idk imma abot to go try it to see if it works cuzmi just looked it up.

Its easy. Have two young adults in a relationship. When you try for a baby, as soon as they cuddle on the bed pause game. Press ctrl+shift+c. Type testingcheatsenabled true. Shift and click on sim. Go to create a sim. Change both to teenagers. Done! Enjoy.

I watched a video and yes,your teenage sims can get pregnant and you don't need a wild party,just do it the normal way

Instructions on how to do it

1.Get a double bed

2.Make your sims relax on it

3.Click on "try for baby" they will go under the covers

4.You will see if your teenager is looking a bit big and then she will go in to labour later!

Lets see if it was an boy or girl!
