Yes teens on the Sims 3 can get pregnant. I went to the Sims 3 website and was randomly looking up stories and movies that other Sim fans have made, I saw a video that said real teen sim pregeant so I clicked on it and wacthed it. It was at a wild pary and they made out and and then got in the bed and woohoo and there was a thingy that said "try for baby" so she clicked on it and next thing you know there was a baby boy 3 sim days later. So all you have to do is throw a wild party and start stuff with the other sex and try for ababy. Idk imma abot to go try it to see if it works cuzmi just looked it up.
