Can some one please tell me if there is a way to create your own neirghbourhood, like you could on sims 2. Please help me!!

Sorry, but due to the already improed and other added features of the game, there is no way to create your own neighborhood.

No you can't create your own neighborhood, but you can download the free town on thesims3.com
