Fast travel to the quest givers' location then accept the quest. You'll be taken into the realm of the role-playing geeks. Open the gate and enter the village. You just need to talk to the NPC by the gate. If you want to, you can also bother talking to the other NPC cards. Follow the path until you reach the tower on the hill. Wolves will be attacking you so get rid of them. Enter the Baron's Tower afterward.

After meeting the Old Baron, examine the chest to your left to get the Scimitar of Baron Slaying 3. Go through the hallway then pull the lever to get caught in the obviously set trap. Hollow Men will be summoned so defeat them all.

After getting rid of the Hollow Men, continue following the path. Cross the bridge and pick up the Legendary Condom of the Gods 5. Head up the hill and fight some fire-breathing, demonic chickens. They can be taken care of with one shot but they can be pretty annoying with their fireballs raining on you.

Kill them all then continue outside. This time, you'll have to fight some hobbe grunts. Get rid of them all as well then continue along the path. Vault down to the space below then get rid of the next hobbe group. Finally, follow the trail and defeat the baron himself by hitting him with the sword you got earlier. Finally, kiss or threaten the princess to end the game.
